If you felt Seattle-Tacoma International Airport was just a skosh more crowded the last time you visited, your instincts aren’t betraying you.
New figures for the first two months of 2013 show the airport’s passenger traffic is up by a bit more than four percent or 180,910 passengers.
International passenger traffic lead the trend with 494,897 international passengers using Sea-Tac during January and February. That’s and increas of 50,788 passengers. Domestic passenger traffic increased by 3.2 percent.
Cargo traffic showed a similar trend. Air freight increased by 7.6 percent in the year’s first two months.
