Rush Residential, the custom home building arm of The Rush Companies, announced this morning its newest residential community in Gig Harbor.
Bellesara will be a 10-acre, 31-home neighborhood just west of the Wollochet exit from Highway 16. Sales and construction will begin this fall, according to a news release.
Homes at Bellesara will range from 2,600-3,000 square feet and be priced from $400,000-$450,000. The homes will have large two- and three-car garages on large lots. They also will be designed as open concept and have large covered outdoor areas.
