Movies To Go, one of the original video-rental stores in Pierce County, has begun its close-out sale and will finally shutter its doors on June 30.
Owners Mike and Carol Umdehocker, who opened the original Movies To Go in 1983 in Tacoma’s Sixth Avenue neighborhood, will retire following the closure.
